Employ and train professional and technical talents. At present, the company has more than 20 responsible personnel for hot processing, machining, heat treatment and inspection.

Establish annual training plan, entrust and internally train the production personnel of each team. The personnel can take the post only after passing the examination of the type of work. From 2002 to 2004, the front-line operators were trained, including milling workers, planers, drillers, Sawers, lathe workers, grinders, heat treaters and other personnel. The workers held more than 20 training courses, with a training rate of 95%, a pass rate of 96% and a post pass rate of 100%. The measurement personnel of the company are trained and approved by the Municipal Bureau of measurement, and are spot checked and approved by the Municipal Bureau of measurement every year. The measuring personnel of the team shall be qualified after internal training and assessment of the measuring personnel, and conduct random inspection and supervision on a regular basis. In 2004, foreign technicians were invited to our company for technical exchanges and lectures, and technical training was conducted for our technicians and relevant operators to expand their knowledge.

Establish equipment maintenance system, check the accuracy of machine tools every quarter and check measuring tools every month. When the quality and accuracy of the products cannot be guaranteed, the workshop director must be responsible for taking effective measures to ensure the quality and accuracy of the products, and must take timely measures to ensure the quality of the products.

At present, the company has more than 20 sets of large-scale equipment and more than 10 sets of precision equipment, and the intact rate of the equipment has always been maintained at more than 98%, which provides a guarantee for the production of high-precision products such as large disc scissors and long knives.
